A New DeMolay Chapter Has Risen
On August 21, 2024, the Supreme Council and Grand Master at Work No. 55, Honorable Grand Master Raymund Joseph Ian “Raji” O. Mendoza, formally welcomed a new Demolay Chapter in the Rizal region. The Gil E. Fernando Chapter No. 125, Order of DeMolay, was instituted during a ceremony led by Grand Master Mendoza. The chapter is named after Gil E. Fernando, the first Mayor of Marikina City and a Master Mason of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines. The Supreme Council expressed its appreciation to all Master Masons of WB Gil E. Fernando Masonic Lodge No. 454 and the hardworking team of Executive Officer RJ Lasiste. Special thanks were also extended to the members of Lope K. Santos Chapter No. 71 and Jose Abad Santos Chapter No. 1, Order of DeMolay, for their support. The newly instituted chapter will meet at the Rizal Masonic Temple, continuing the Order of DeMolay’s mission to raise better men through its portals of youth.
