Two Freemasons with their ladies from the State of Nevada in the United States made an hour-long surprise visit at the Philippine DeMolay Youth Center (PDYC) Monday afternoon.

They were Messrs. John S. Pennington Sr. 33* and R. “Montana” Williams from the Sand Valley Lodge No. 57 and their two lovely ladies Ms. Dana Pennington and Ms. Julie Knox-Woodwand. DeMolay-Mason Bro. VW Jose “Jovy” Magbanua (James J. Wilson Chapter/JDML305) accompanied them to the Supreme Council, Order of DeMolay (SCOD) after giving them a tour of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines offices and halls.

At the PDYC they were welcomed by SCOD PGM VW Riezl SJ. Reyes, SCOD Executive Director Ms. Ma. Cristina M. Sordan, and SCOD staffers Ms. Rej Casidsid and Ms. Florence Nicolas. Also present were Bro. Barry Poliquit and Bro. Tito Cruz.

Coupled with exchange of pleasantries, fun and laughter, the four were given a brief overview on the preparations being undertaken for the DeMolay Centennial celebrations here in the country which runs simultaneous with other DeMolay locations worldwide.

Albeit light, the conversation led by SCOD PGM Reyes merited a warm and positive response from them and signed up for the Frank S. Land Centennial Fellow.
