AFP Chief of Staff and DeMolay Brother Noel S Clement visited the Philippine DeMolay Youth Center (PDYC) early in the evening of November 10 after being conferred the Legion of Honor.
Legionnaire Clement was accompanied by Brother GM Adriano Django Durano III and Brother IPGM Edison Abella as well as the other members of the Executive Committee.
