Legionnaire Brother Joel Lamangan is the new Chapter President of the Emmanuel Baja DeMolay Alumni Chapter No. 17. He was installed as the alumni chapter’s top gun last March 03, 2019 at Martina’s Event Place in Dalahican, Cavite City.
Bro. Joel Lamangan and the rest of the officers of the Alumni Chapter were inducted into office by DAAP Secretary Bro. Alvin Llanderal, Chev., LOH of the Wadih C. Saab Chapter.
Brother Lamangan is a multi-awarded Director and filmmaker. He is directing the production of the DeMolay Centennial event come March 16 at the PICC.
