The Supreme Council Order of DeMolay of the Republic of the Philippines, together with it’s appendant bodies, the DeMolay National Congress and the DeMolay Alumni Association of the Philippines, paid their official courtesy call to the Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines last August 1, 2022.
MW Johnny T. Pimentel, the 104th Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of the Philippines, warmly received the whole Supreme Council Order of DeMolay delegation, headed by Grand Master Hon. Edward Y. Chua, in his spacious office at the Grand Lodge of the Philippines.
The Supreme Council Order of DeMolay group also included the following Grand Line Officers; Deputy Grand Master Raymund Joseph Ian O. Mendoza, Grand Senior Councilor Albert V. Manlulu, Grand Junior Councilor Ramoncito P. Javier, Jurisdictional Deputy Grand Master for Luzon Ericson B. Atanacio. Joining the group, likewise, was Centennial Grand Master and Immediate Past Grand Master Adriano B. Durano III.
Meanwhile, the DeMolay Alumni Association of the Philippines was represented by the National President Bro Mark Henson S. Tio, together with the Executive Vice President Bro Melvin C. Calimlim and National Secretary Bro Alvin L. Llanderal. Together with the group were Jurisdictional Vice President for Western Luzon Bro Sabino Merciales III and Jurisdictional Vice President for Southern Luzon Bro RB Fernando.
National Master Councilor Bro Vincent B. Figueroa led the DeMolay National Congress delegation, which also included the following; National Senior Councilor Bro Ethan Carl B. Belderol, National Junior Councilor Bro Jesse A. Galicia III, National Congress Secretary Bro Frederick Emmanuel T. Atanacio, and National Congress Treasurer Bro Jayde De Leon. Also in attendance was Bro Maltim Jewel O. Gerona, Jurisdictional Master Councilor for Visayas. Together to accompany them was their Congress Advisor Bro Raymond S. Salazar, also the SCOD Executive Officer for Cavite.
In behalf of the Masonic Youth Organizations, SCOD-PH Grand Master Chua presented the requests for funding support for the various activities of the youth groups for the term and submitted requests for the release of funds for the preceding period. Grand Master Edward Y Chua is concurrently Chairman of the Committee On Youth of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines. MW Johnny T. Pimentel promised his wholehearted support to the Youth Organizations during his term and assured that his office will always be open for the concerns of the Masonic Youth Organizations.
In attendance to represent Jobs Daughters International was Dad Luke Jickain, a member of the Executive Grand Guardian Council of JDI Philippines, while Dad Jose Rizalino Ortega, Representative to the Grand Lodge of the International Order of Rainbow For Girls was present to represent the Rainbow Girls in the meeting.
