Hon. Edison Abella, Grand Master of the Supreme Council, Order of DeMolay, and received the new set of officers of the National DeMolay Congress, headed by Brother Chevalier Datu Pax Ali Sangki-Mangudadatu, National Master Councilor, on June 11, 2018 at the Philippine DeMolay Youth Center in Manila.
In the meeting, NMC Datu Pax Ali Sangki-Mangudadatu (Feliciano Iñigo Chapter) introduced the complete officers of the National DeMolay Congress, namely: Brothers Nata Shaguil P. Manabilang (Tomas Cabili Chapter), National Senior Councilor; Vince Edward L. Pintac (Pagadian Chapter), National Junior Councilor; Jeremy Medina (A. Mabini Chapter), National Congress Secretary; John Michael L. Malones (Feliciano Iñigo Chapter), National Congress Treasurer; Don King D. Magsakay (Ambrosio A. Flores Chapter), Jurisdictional Master Councilor – Luzon; Rolf Benj C. Kotik (Lapu-Lapu Chapter), Jurisdictional Master Councilor – Visayas; and Basti Miguel N. Ruiz (Feliciano Iñigo Chapter), Jurisdictional Master Councilor – Mindanao.
Also in attendance were Hon. Victor Antonio T. Espejo, Immediate Past Grand Master, SCOD; Brother Rodolf John Redondo (Timberland Chapter), Jurisdictional Associate Advisor – Mindanao; Brother Jacob M. Tolentino (Ambrosio A. Flores Chapter), Chief of Staff, NMC; and Sis Jasmine Olay (Honored Queen, Bethel No. 22, Job’s Daughters International), National DeMolay Congress Sweetheart. NMC Datu Pax Ali also presented and discussed his proposed plans and programs for the term.
Grand Master Abella tasked NMC Datu Pax Ali and the officers of the National DeMolay Congress to reach out to all of the DeMolay Chapters, through its jurisdictional and regional officers, and encourage the Active DeMolays to support the Supreme Council’s campaign to sign up and enrol as many Master Masons and Senior DeMolays to become a Frank S. Land Centennial Fellow or Jacques DeMolay Centennial Fellow, respectively, under an incentive scheme of availing one free entrance ticket and raffle ticket for a new car during the Grand Centennial Banquet Ball on March 16, 2019 at the Philippine International Convention Center in Manila. The deadline for the stated incentive scheme for Active DeMolays is on July 31, 2018.
