The Tomas L. Cabili Chapter, under the guidance of its dedicated Master Councilor, Fer Angelo G. Caorong, KT, LCC, came together with the DeMolay Alumni Association – IIligan Chapter, led by their esteemed President, Dad Cesar T. Miguel, Chev., and the enthusiastic Rotary Club of Iligan North, headed by their Club President, Bro. Atty. Khalil Gibran D. Maranda. Alongside several government agencies, they marked the opening celebration of Brigada Eskwela 2023 on August 16, 2023, at Kabangahan I Elementary School, Rogongon, Iligan City.
