On September 12, 2024, the 26th Visayas Scottish Rite Multi-Orient Convention in Tacloban City, Leyte, concluded with a special gathering for the DeMolay organization. Following the convention, the Honorable Raymund Joseph Ian “Raji” O. Mendoza, met with the Active and Senior DeMolays of Tacloban City.
The meeting was led by Grand Sentinel, Legionnaire Ralph Perez, and DeMolay National Congress Secretary, Brother Juhan Bison. These esteemed members ensured that the event ran smoothly, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and brotherhood among the attendees.
Grand Master Mendoza addressed the DeMolay brothers, emphasizing the values of leadership, integrity, and service that are at the core of the DeMolay experience. He highlighted the role of the fraternity in shaping the character of its members, preparing them to become pillars of their communities.
The gathering was not only a platform for the exchange of ideas but also an opportunity for the DeMolay brothers to reaffirm their dedication to the fraternity’s principles.
