Escudo DeMolay Alumni Chapter No. 4 of the National Capital Region recently installed their new set of officers for the term 2022-2023, a few months after they concluded their annual elections.
The 30th Public Installation of Officers of Escudo DAC No. 4 happened last July 31, 2022, Sunday afternoon , at the MW Dad Rosendo Herrera Ceremonial Hall, Philippine DeMolay Youth Center in Manila.
The new set of officers installed for the ensuing term were led by the President-Elect Bro Alvin L. Llanderal. Also installed were Bro Erik John Alipis as Vice President, Bro Keith A. Mirandilla as Secretary, Bro Pauline Rey Silmonet as Treasurer, Bro Al-Khwarizmi Indanan Jr. as Auditor, Bros Achilles A. Galit and Gustav Hanz Bocek as Public Relations Officers and Bro Jericho Rellata as Chaplain. Bro Llanderal is currently the National Secretary of the DeMolay Alumni Association of the Philippines, while Bro Galit is a Past President of Loyalty DeMolay Alumni Chapter No. 13, as well as a Past Jurisdictional Vice President for NCR- B of the DAAP.
Outgoing Escudo DAC No. 4 President Kenneth Karl O. Trobaugh led the installing team as the Installing Officer. Composing the rest of the team were Bro Clinton B. Ros as Installing Marshal, Bro Nata Shaquil P. Manabilang as Installing Deacon and Bro John Robert E. Teodoro as Installing Chaplain.
Dignitaries from the Supreme Council Order of DeMolay of the Republic of the Philippines, as well as the DeMolay Alumni Association of the Philippines were on hand to witness the said installation ceremony.
Leading the dignitaries present were SCOD-PH Grand Master Honorable Edward Y. Chua, who was the Guest of Honor and Speaker. Also in attendance were Grand Junior Councilor of SCOD-PH, Ramoncito Javier and Grand Senior Steward SCOD-PH, Rowan N. Labro. Centennial Grand Master SCOD-PH and Grand Standard Bearer DeMolay International Adriano B. Durano III was also present to witness the said installation ceremony.
Additionally, the Worthy Matron of Sampaguita Chapter No. 3 Order of the Eastern Star, Mom Kimberly Tandoc-Borja, was also in attendance as the Inspirational Speaker for the affair.
National President of the DeMolay Alumni Association of the Philippines Bro Mark Henson Tio led the DAAP delegation who witnessed the installation. Together with him, in attendance, were Executive Vice President Bro Melvin Calimlim, National Auditor Bro Ryan Ritch Gregorio and Jurisdictional Vice President for NCR-A Bro Quintin Cyrill Parrilla.
Several Escudo DAC No. 4 Past Presidents, led by pillars Vicente Acsay Jr, Joel Alimony, and Amado Pal Benares, lent their presence to the affair. Past Presidents Carlos Marinas, Rowan Labro, Tito Cruz and Ryan Ritch Gregorio were in attendance too.
Representatives from various visiting Alumni Chapters likewise made their presence felt during the said installation ceremony.
Fraternal banquet and fellowship followed thereafter at the Macario Ramos Hall and the Lobby of the PDYC.
