Last February 6, 2022, the Supreme Council Order of DeMolay of the Republic of the Philippines welcomed its newest and latest chapter by instituting the Dad Adriano V. Durano Jr. Centennial Chapter No. 103 in San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Named after the late father of the current Grand Master of the Supreme Council Order of DeMolay, Adriano B. Durano III, the Dad Adriano V. Durano Jr. Centennial Chapter No 103, is sponsored by the Baganian Peninsula Masonic Lodge No. 275.
“..I would like to thank my brethren at Baganian Peninsula Masonic Lodge No. 275, specially our Worshipful Master Ian Pagsiat and our ever supportive and worthy Executive Officer Rene Quinones for naming the chapter after my Dad..” said CGM Durano III. “..From the bottom of my heart, thank you very much for honoring my late father..” he added.
The Centennial Grand Master, together with other Supreme Council Order of DeMolay dignitaries like Jurisdictional Deputy Grand Master for Visayas and DeMolay Alumni Association of the Philippines National President Angelo A. Mangao, Grand Third Preceptor and DAAP Jurisdictional Vice President for Western Mindanao Randy B. Rebuyon, Executive Officer for Region X-B Steven A. Co and Executive Officer for Region IX-A South Rene Domingo O. Quinones were front and center during the institution and hand over ceremony.
Dad Ian Melchie A. Pagsiat, Chairman of the Advisory Council and Worshipful Master of Baganian Peninsula Masonic Lodge No 275, received the Letters Temporary from CGM Adriano Durano III on behalf of the Advisory Council and the sponsoring body.
Members of Pagadian City Chapter No. 40 Order of DeMolay and Dad Filemon S. Pajares DeMolay Alumni Chapter No. 41 were on hand to witness the momentous event at the Baganian Peninsula Masonic Temple in San Miguel town. Also present were the members and officers of Baganian Peninsula Masonic Lodge No. 275.
