After years of pandemics and online installations, the Gen. Douglas MacArthur Chapter No. 12 finally held its first face-to-face public installation of officers on August 13, 2022, at the Scottish Rite Temple in Manila.
Led by the Installing Officer John Carlo B. Cueto PMC-MSA, FMA, LCC, LGLCF, KT, CHEV., together with the Sir Knights of Thomas Michael Sherry Priory No. 1 the installation ceremony was a success. The Grand Senior Councilor who is also the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Leg. Albert V. Manlulu, Grand Junior Councilor, Leg. Ramoncito P. Javier and the National Master Councilor Bro. Vincent Figueroa graced us with their presence and shared their words of wisdom and great lessons for us.
We would like to thank the Installing Dignitaries for an exceptional installing ceremony, members of the Supreme Council Order of DeMolay of the Republic of the Philippines and DeMolay National Congress, Dads from different Masonic Lodges, Moms from the Order of the Eastern Star and the Order of Amaranth, Sisters from the International Order of Rainbow for Girls and Job’s Daughter International, Brethren from other DeMolay Chapters, Parents and Guests for being with us during the special event of our chapter. Finally, we would like to thank our chapter’s sponsoring body, Manila Mt. Lebanon Lodge No. 1 F. & A. M., for their ongoing and overwhelming support; our installation ceremonies would not be possible without you Dads.
Congratulations to the newly installed officers, especially to the Master Councilor, Bro. King A. Miram, Senior Councilor, Bro. Yuri Kyler T. Jadie and Junior Councilor, Bro. Sean Gutierrez. May you have a profuse term ahead of you and the brethren of Gen. Douglas MacArthur Chapter No. 12 will always have your corner.
